On my first bill (that I received), there was a late charge of $30 or so. I called them and explained the situation. Their agent, said, no problem, we will cancel the late charge, you just pay what you owe for your purchases. I did. Nothing happened. I still am being billed for the late charge and now I am getting late charges & interest on the late charge! I have now sent them email and a letter -- to no avail. No response of any kind and the statements keep coming in. I have turned it over to my lawyer. They need help, apparently, in their customer service.
